When The Ohio State University's African American Alumni Society approached me requesting a website, I reviewed their graphic material and determined that they needed more than a website—they needed a visual identity. Although, they've upgraded their website from my design, it's great to see much of the visual identity specifications I created still in place. This was very exciting because it was my biggest freelance project and I was able to use my creativity in a context that I already understood: Black America's post-academic experience. These designs revolve around their slogan at the time, "Faces, places, and memories: honoring our past and creating our future."
